Why That Weight Gain Doesn’t Matter

It seems I've posted my latest post on the wrong blog. Instead of completely moving the post across, I'm going to share the link with you. Today's post was about why a weight gain one week doesn't matter that much. There are three reasons to consider for why you've gained weight, and it's also important to look back over your journey to see how far you've come. I hope you enjoy this week's post , and I'm sorry for the confusion. This is what you get for having many blogs and not having the best of sleep one night.

Do You Worry When Eating Out on a Whim?

Don't let eating out on a whim get you down Are you worried about gaining weight when you’re eating out on a whim? You don’t need to at all! Weekly Weight Loss Week 54 and 55

I'm sorry I missed last week's again. Over the last two weeks I've lost half a pound (lost one and a half last week but gained a pound this week). I detail it all here and here . I'm hoping my hormones and body have settled down and gotten used to them now. I am back to my normal weigh in on Tuesday next week, which will really help. I hope you're having better success and are closer to your goal.
